The letter Z is paired with a zebra, closing out the alphabet. The supplied lavender softens what is usually a stark black and white motif and ties it to the giraffe, which uses the same shade. Straight black and white works perfectly well if you want the classic version.
Zebras are a safari staple. This one suits a quilt block, a nursery cushion or a book bag, and it pairs with the giraffe, the elephant and the lion for a full safari group.
The design measures around 78mm by 84mm and fits a 4 inch hoop. Nine colour stops across roughly 8,600 stitches. Two of the stops come through unnamed in the file, so check your colour chart before you start.
