The letter E comes with an elephant, supplied in greys and pewter lifted by an emerald green and a deep rose accent. It is one of the calmest designs in the alphabet and one of the easiest to place on an adult item without it looking like a children's motif.
Elephants are a nursery staple, so this suits cot quilts, nappy bags and growth charts. The restrained setup also makes it a good candidate for a tote or a book bag in natural linen, and a single soft colour throughout gives it a very modern look if that suits your project better.
At around 72mm by 77mm it is one of the smaller designs and sits comfortably in a 4 inch hoop. Only six colour stops and roughly 6,500 stitches, which makes it one of the quickest in the set and a sensible choice if you are working through several letters in one sitting.
