Fluer De Lis

Fleur de Lis alphabet embroidery designs

The fleur de lis has decorated everything from royal crests to fine linen. Combined with lettering it makes a classic, sophisticated monogram.

Tips for stitching alphabet letters

• Line up your letters in your machine software or with a printed template before you hoop
• Stitch a test letter on scrap fabric with the same stabiliser first
• On towels and textured fabrics, add a water soluble topper so the stitches sit on top

Full set or single letters

You can buy the complete alphabet set to use again and again, or just the letters you need for one name or monogram. Check the free designs page too, as a different alphabet letter is free each day.
