That is only because the software is new and not many people have installed it, it is safe and signed by Microsoft, it will just take a bit for that message to go away. When you see that message there will be a more info or something like that, click on that and select run anyway. If you have virus protections on your folders you may need to tell you anti-virus software to trust this program if you want to put a link on the desktop. You can still run the software if you chose not to put a link on the desktop, but it is safe to do that and it won't change anything else on your computer. I also notice you have a help window for Embrilliance open, Allsorts StitchLab and Embrilliance are not related.
Yesterday or today my computer on your site would not let me check out to receive the free Sacred Heart design you are offering. I agree to terms and try to click order and nothing. A lot of times I get the site isn't work9ing now. Please help me

Hi Anne, I have checked the design in your cart out for you with no issues. I have also checked out the same design myself using Microsoft edge, can you try clearing your browser cache, or use a different browser? I have not received any other complaints about this issue.
It states my E-Mail is alreday redgestered You sen me thing but I can get anything to down load yet I received the software trail what????

Did you try to reset your password? I think you have 2 email addresses registered. Do you mean you did get the software trial? or you got it and could not download it?
If I go to this site I can't see any designs at all, even after logging in. I tried pressing the "See all specials" but nothing came up. If I press the link from the FB page, I can see the design on this site, but it charges me and the free option is not available. Am I missing something?
