Would it be possible to move the agreement switch to just above the confirm button. I almost always miss it as it is. I think I'd see it easier above, or even next to, the confirm button. It's not a big deal, so if no one else has the same problem or if it's just too much work to change, I can live with it as it is.

I have implement that change and also removed the need to select the free checkout, can you let me know what you think?
