Silly Gnomes V

Silly Gnomes V is a machine embroidery design of a cheerful Christmas gnome jumping up with both arms raised in front of a tall candy cane, next to a large capital letter V. The gnome has a pointed red hat with white snowflake bands, a fluffy white beard, a round tan nose, a blue outfit, red mittens with white cuffs and tan shoes. The V is blue with white snowflakes. The colours shown are only a suggestion, and any shades of the same family will work well.

Because of the letter, it is handy for initials and names. Try it on Christmas tea towels, tote bags, cushion covers, baby bibs and bodysuits, stockings, gift bags or quilt blocks. It sits well on cotton, linen, canvas and quilting cotton.

The design measures 80 mm wide by 92 mm high (3.2 x 3.6 inches), so it fits a 4x4 inch hoop. With 12,506 stitches and only 5 colour changes, it stitches fairly quickly. Use tearaway stabiliser on stable woven fabrics and cutaway on knits.
