Silly Gnomes M

Silly Gnomes M is a machine embroidery design of a capital letter M with a cheerful gnome standing between its legs. The gnome wears a pointed hat, a long white beard, mittens and boots, and holds a stack of three wrapped gifts above his head. The letter is filled with white snowflakes on green stripes. It is shown here in green, white, red, brown and tan with gold ribbon, but that is only a suggestion. Any shades of the same colour family will work well.

This design suits Christmas projects such as tea towels, tote bags, stockings, cushion covers, baby clothes and quilt blocks. As it is an initial, it is a nice choice for personalised gifts. It sits well on cotton, linen, felt and fleece.

The design measures 69 mm wide x 92 mm high (2.7 x 3.6 inches), so you need a hoop with a stitching area at least that size. It has 14,959 stitches and 8 colour changes, so it stitches up fairly quickly. Use tearaway stabiliser on stable woven fabric and cutaway on knits.
