Silly Gnomes 7 shows a cheerful Christmas gnome with a tall green pointed hat decorated with a white snowflake, a big fluffy white beard and a round nose. He wears a red coat with gold mittens and boots and holds a small lantern with a golden flame. Three baubles hang beside him, and a large number 7 filled with blue snowflakes stands behind. It is shown in green, red, white, gold and blue as a suggestion only. Any shades of the same colour family work well.
The number makes it handy for advent calendar bags, numbered quilt blocks or personalised Christmas gifts. Try it on tea towels, tote bags, cushion covers or baby clothes. It sits well on cotton, linen and felt, where the fill stitches stay neat.
The design measures 80 mm wide by 90 mm high (3.1 x 3.5 inches), with 13,864 stitches and 9 colour changes, so it stitches out fairly quickly. Use tearaway stabiliser on stable woven fabric and cutaway on knits.
