There was something wrong with the order I have24-11, I ordered Lace Angel Alpha set for two times, both order I get was lace angel alpha letter b, you can see my order on your website.

Alice, I just discovered the daily free design. However, I am having a problem with the shopping cart. It will not complete the order. I've tried two browsers, same results.
Make sure when checking out that you click free on payment at top of cart and there is another box you must check about halfway down (forget what it was for lol). Otherwise it won't give you the option to click the button at bottom to complete the 'purchase'.Hope this helps. It took me a bit to figure it out myself.
I am sitting at a Cafe with my husband scrolling my site and the ads are driving me crazy. The mobile interface is a bit better but needs work, I will get it working better soon. Thank you all for your patience.
Just wanted to let you know that the Bird of Paradise 02 shows as free but after adding to cart, it comes up as 1.50....unable to get the freebie at this time. Sorry to bother you with this as I know you have had your plate full but thought you might want to be aware of any glitches.
Sorry, I have been flat out with other things, I can't really help with that now, these designs are just a sort of placeholder while I get other stuff done. but the designs are changing at 2 pm my time so I wonder if you got there right on the change over, as everything else seems to be in order.
I don't know, it showed $0.00 on this page, but it was not free in the shopping cart. Worked tonight though. Thank you for the designs and all the hard work you are putting into this site.
Edit. I have made more updates to help the display on mobile devices. I use Samsung on Chrome, so I would appreciate feedback from people using different devices. My condolences Alice on the loss of your Aunt to you and your family. So sorry to hear about your husband. So glad your niece is improving . Don't worry about us. You and your family take first place. God bless you all.
I'm sorry to hear about your aunt, your husband, and your granddaughter! I thought I was stressed with my husband's cancer diagnosis, but I've got it easy next to you. (My husband is doing very well. How is your husband doing?) And then add the frustrations of your website . . . YIKES!!
I don't understand some people's sense of entitlement when it comes to free anything. I'm glad to see you are keeping a sense of humor ("full refund for the free designs" 😄) about it, though. It takes absolutely no extra effort to be nice. Those who aren't deserve to be banished.
Take your time. Do what you need to do to keep your own health and sanity

Don't know if you got my initial message letting you know I was so sorry to hear abt your Aunt. But now it sounds like you really have a lot going on. I'm so sorry to hear that your husband is not doing well. I hope he gets stronger with each coming day. I'm also sorry to hear abt your niece and I hope she is better as well. have you selected the payment method and clicked the agree to terms and conditions? If you have done all of that and it didn't work can you tell me which broswr you are using and the device you are on?
