The Sticky Witch number 9 is a curly, spiderweb filled numeral with a little witch flying on her broomstick with a grey cat hitching a ride on the back. Every character in the set has its own little witch and cat, so a name or date stitched out looks like a whole coven came to play.
Use it for an age on a birthday shirt, a countdown to the 31st of October, or a table number at a Halloween party.
It fits a 4 x 4 inch (100mm x 100mm) hoop. The colours shown are only a starting point, so stitch it in whatever shades suit your project. Use a tearaway on a stable woven, or a cutaway if you are stitching on a knit.
