Silly Gnomes 2

Silly Gnomes 2 is a cheerful Christmas machine embroidery design of a round little gnome juggling three baubles. He has a tall pointed red hat, a long white beard, a blue body, red mittens and small tan feet. Beside him stands a large number 2 filled with a white snowflake pattern. The baubles have gold line details. It is shown with a red hat, a blue body, a red and white numeral, and green, red and blue baubles. These colours are only a suggestion, and any shades of the same family work just as well.

The number 2 makes it a good fit for a second Christmas or a second birthday, as well as general festive projects. Try it on tea towels, tote bags, cushion covers, baby clothes, stockings or a quilt block. It sits nicely on cotton, linen, canvas and fleece, and the bright colours stand out best on a plain, light or dark solid background.

The design measures 87 mm wide x 87 mm high (3.4 x 3.4 inches), so it fits a 100 x 100 mm (4 x 4 inch) hoop. It has 14,526 stitches and 7 colour changes, so it stitches out fairly quickly. Use tearaway stabiliser on stable woven fabrics and cutaway stabiliser on knits.
