Stitching on Sportswear
Modern sportswear is usually a technical knit that stretches in both directions and does not like being hooped. Use a cutaway stabiliser, hoop the stabiliser and float the garment where possible, and keep the design modest in size. A large dense design on a performance fabric will pucker no matter how carefully it is stitched.
