Nautical Machine Embroidery Designs
Nautical designs cover anchors, sailing boats, pirates and sailor themes. They are used heavily for beach bags, boat linens, coastal themed home decor and children's clothing, and they suit a restrained palette of navy, red and cream better than a full colour treatment.

Anything that will live on a boat or near saltwater needs a polyester thread rather than rayon, since rayon fades and weakens with sustained UV and salt exposure. Polyester also survives bleach, which matters for anything that will be washed hard.
