all you have to do is add your letters then click on the cart to check out then above that it will say log in it should work for you then

there should be 2 things in my cart, but when I click to go to card the page is empty

I was not able to replicate the problem using chrome on windows. I have checked out those letters so you don't miss them. can you try scrolling down the page to see if the columns have stacked on top on each other? Or try using a different browser.

I just added the H and am having the same problem. Now when I go to downloads there is nothing there either.

Did you scroll all the way down the page? I think the columns are stacking on top of each other and that is why you can't see the shopping cart. I will try to fix the layout issue but I have important legal matters to deal with, so please try scrolling down until I can fix that issue.

I thought I was the only one that had this problem so I never commented on it. I lost out on a couple of letters BUT I feel better knowing It's not just me, even tho I don't have the letters.
