Please feel free to re-register. I wanted to try to retrieve old orders, but the development has already taken too long. I still have some testing to do with the specials. I will send out a newsletter to everyone when I plan to restart the Space alphabet. Please also update other members of your Facebook groups that they can register now.

I am re-registered and successfully have downloaded a design from your "Free" section. Alice, you rock!
Edit: I did use the proper quotation marks, not the text that appears in front of and following the word: Free.

thank you all for hanging in there with me, I just want to let you know that I will be doing a major update on the community shortly, this will not affect your orders or your login, it will only be if someone has uploaded an avatar or created a username that may be lost, I will try to preserve what I can but in the past trying to achieve those things has cost me more time than is reasonable.

I tried to order the 2 free awareness ribbons to see if the site was working. It gave me the run around and finally recognized the order. However, it told me to go to my account to download, then to my orders. It told me that I had ordered them. but had no icons for me to download. The two icons said "return item" and "Buy again". Something is still not working correctly.

You need to go to the download page you will find the link in the dropdown menu where your name is.

I see that many people have registered and have placed orders, I am hoping that the main part of the site is currently stable and those accounts and order will not be lost, I am still having some problems with the community site which I have had to build from scratch with the help of AI I can't tell you how frustrating that was, but it is pretty good, just not quite perfect. I don't know if the orders now have the downloads attached because I am unable to log into customer accounts.

Not quite, I was trying to get all customers re-registered and restore some previous orders but I think it will be too hard. I will still need to do some testing for the specials.

I just registered without any problems.
I did order some of the free designs to try. Will they be available for me to download them soon? I cannot get them to show up on the downloads. The order shows them but the download says I have no download.
I knownyouve been having some difficulties I was just wondering about them. I have save the email so I can keep checking back! Can't wait to try them!
