I tried to pay for 3 letters i had missed but couldn't, I tried again later still no so i deleted the items and just checked out the free designs but when i went download the free designs the other 3 that i had tried to pay for were there as well. I've checked my paypal and I haven't been charged. I owe for the 3 designs D, J and K

You don't owe me for anything, if you got the letters for free they must have somehow been free at the time. Don't stress about it.

The letter Q price is still 1.50 in cart on both designs. 0 on the site to add to cart but not in cart.

Connie you are coming right at the change over, if you come before 10 am my time you will get the letter, but you are getting the cached letter that is no longer free in the database, I have tried to make the change over work better, I have not been able to fixt he issue the only thing I can suggest is coming half an hour earlier.

I usually get to the letters shortly after they are posted. I was here last night shortly after 8 PM United States Eastern time which corresponds to your 10 AM.
