Community Agreement

Disrespectful comments will not be tolerated.

I work hard to provide you with free designs and aim to be generous and helpful. However, if I  notice disrespectful comments directed at me and other members of this community. To maintain a positive environment, I will take the following actions:

• If your comment is misunderstood, I will ask for clarification.
• I will issue a warning to explain the expected standard of respect.
• If disrespectful behaviour continues, I will ban the user, resulting in loss of access to the site and free designs.

This is a two-strike policy; I will not tolerate offensive personal comments, even if intended as jokes. Everyone's boundaries must be respected, and once established, they should not be questioned.

As a lifelong mental health nurse, I understand the distress that negative interactions can cause. This is my website, and I will enforce this policy strictly.

Free Designs

I will not respond to inquiries about the daily free design through the contact form or replies to order confirmation emails.

Download immediately.

All designs must be downloaded immediately after purchase. While I strive to keep order records, I've faced technical issues that have led to record losses, so I cannot guarantee indefinite availability of orders. If you lose a purchased design, I can retrieve the order from PayPal and resend the file.

Without Guarantee or obligation

Free designs are provided without guarantee or obligation. Free letters are available for 24 hours and change daily at the same time. It's your responsibility to download them within this period; I won't resend free letters after this time. If you miss it, consider purchasing it

Technical issues

I regret to say that I have encountered instances where individuals have tried to manipulate the situation to obtain designs after failing to visit the site on time. While I recognise that most of my members are honest and decent people, the actions of a few mean that I cannot accommodate individual user issues, such as travel or poor internet access. However, I will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, such as weather events or other verifiable situations in your local area that may justify missing designs. In such cases, I may choose to repeat the design.

Technical issues

If the Daily Freebie is missing, visit the community to see if the issue has already been reported. You may comment on the post if needed. Problems must be reported on the day the letter should be available; I won't repeat a letter for late reports. I will not email files to users who miss the free letter.
